2025 Cabernet franc
Fresh raspberries, tart blackberries, dried herbs, and a touch of violet. This Cab franc is inspired by the wines of Chinon in the Loire Valley. The wine underwent native-yeast fermentation with 30% whole cluster, giving it supple tannins and a long finish. With bright acidity and low alcohol, this is an easy-drinking Cabernet franc that’s great with a little chill.
